At Huntley Equestrian, we stand behind the quality of our riding gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or horse hair.

  Ship to Huntley

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
